General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing frural.digital (the "Site") or engaging Frural Digital for outreach planning services, you agree to these General Terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site and contact us before entering a service agreement.
2. Services Description
Frural Digital provides regional and rural outreach campaign planning, asset adaptation, field coordination, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate statements of work or order confirmations—not solely by information on this Site. Informational prices on outreach plan pages are estimates and may change before contract execution.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and organization information, respond to approval requests within agreed timeframes, and ensure your campaign content complies with applicable Korean advertising and public-interest communication standards. You are responsible for final approval of materials before distribution. You must not use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, Frural Digital retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for your project as described in your statement of work. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, licensed music) remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Frural Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific audience reach, conversion, or campaign outcomes.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chungcheongbuk-do for disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Consumers may also pursue remedies available under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its statement of work. We may suspend Site access for security or abuse. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work performed and non-cancellable third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to active service agreements require written notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance for browsing purposes; contracted services remain governed by the Terms in effect at signing unless both parties agree otherwise.
