Policies
Refund & Cancellation
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid outreach planning services purchased from Frural Digital. Informational prices on the Site are not checkout offers. Refund rights for consumers in Korea are respected alongside any stricter terms in your signed statement of work.
2. Eligibility Window
For standard service packages, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days of contract signing without cause if work has not substantially begun, per applicable Korean consumer regulations for distance contracts where relevant. Custom or rush projects may specify a shorter window in writing.
3. Full and Partial Refunds
Full refunds apply when cancellation occurs before material work starts and no non-refundable third-party costs were incurred. Partial refunds may be issued when deliverables are incomplete due to our fault, prorated by unused phases documented in the statement of work.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable items include: completed deliverables already approved for use; third-party media buys, print runs, or venue deposits paid on your behalf; travel expenses already incurred; and rush fees explicitly marked non-refundable in your contract.
5. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your contract reference, reason, and bank details for transfer. We acknowledge within three (3) business days and respond with a decision within fourteen (14) business days unless investigation requires longer.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer in KRW. Card refunds may take additional time depending on your card issuer.
7. Cancellation by Frural Digital
We may cancel for non-payment, safety concerns at field sites, or force majeure. In such cases, you receive a prorated refund for undelivered phases minus non-recoverable costs. We will propose alternative dates where feasible.
8. Consumer Rights in Korea
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and related regulations. Disputes may be directed to the Korea Consumer Agency or local consumer centers.
